Χρειάζεστε ένα μανταρίνι (και μερικά ακόμη σε περίπτωση που δεν μας πετύχει με την πρώτη!) λίγο ελαιόλαδο, ένα μυτερό κοφτερό μαχαίρι και πολλάααααα σπίρτα (δεν ανάβει εύκολα....)
